These terms govern your use of FlowingGas, the browser-based gas piping network analysis service available at flowinggas.com and app.flowinggas.com. By creating an account or using the service you agree to these terms.

The service

FlowingGas lets you model gas piping networks, solve for pressures, temperatures, flows, and velocities, and manage designs and component libraries in the cloud.

Accounts

You must provide accurate information when registering and keep your credentials secure. You are responsible for activity under your account. One person per seat; credentials may not be shared between users.

Subscriptions and billing

• New accounts receive a 30-day free trial with full functionality.
• After the trial, the Professional plan is billed at $40 per user per month through Stripe.
• You may cancel at any time from within the app; access continues through the end of the paid period. Enterprise plans are governed by their signed order form.

Your content

Models, designs, and libraries you create remain yours. You grant us only the rights needed to store, process, and sync them in order to provide the service. You may export your data at any time.

Acceptable use

You agree not to misuse the service — including attempting to breach its security, reselling access without an agreement, reverse-engineering the solver for a competing service, or using the service in violation of applicable law.

Engineering disclaimer

FlowingGas is an analysis aid, not a substitute for professional engineering judgment. Calculation results are provided for informational purposes and must be independently verified by a qualified engineer before being relied upon for design, construction, operation, or safety decisions. You are responsible for compliance with all applicable codes, standards, and regulations.

Warranty and liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising out of the service is limited to the amounts you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where practicable.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be announced to account holders by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
